Crispy Chicken in Air Fryer

Crispy Chicken in Air Fryer is a truly delicious recipe. It’s a special breading of chicken breast, made with chips… yes, those bagged ones that you eat as a snack. I chose chips flavored with rosemary, but you can choose the ones you like most and prefer, like paprika for example. For convenience, I prepared the marinade, which is very quick to make, in the morning before going to work and once I returned in the evening, I focused only on the breading and cooking, but 3/4 hours are enough.   • 1 lb chicken breast (cut into pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon spicy paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 3.5 oz packaged fried chips (with rosemary)

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Food bag
  • 1 Air fryer

Steps

  • Marinate the chicken breast cut into chunks in a bowl with paprika, oil, pepper, and a little salt, as the chips are already salty

  • Mix and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the chicken in the refrigerator for 3/4 hours

  • In a food bag, pour the chips and crush them coarsely

  • In this way, do not crush them into too small pieces

  • Add the chicken to the bag with the chips and shake well to adhere well, there will be some pieces of chips left at the bottom, also help with your hands to try to attach them all

  • Now place the chicken on the tray or grill of the air fryer without adding oil

  • Set the Air Fry program to 350°F for 15 minutes or until desired golden brown

  • Here is the crispy chicken ready

The advice is to eat it immediately to enjoy all its crispiness, but if there are leftovers, store it in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and reheat it at the moment always in the air fryer at 340°F for a few minutes
