The Air Fryer Potato Cakes are a delightful single-serving appetizer with a filling of spinach, ham, and provolone, perfect for any occasion. However, potatoes are always delicious and versatile for many preparations, and we can serve them as a side dish with the recipe for Sandy Potatoes in Air Fryer or as an appetizer with Potato and Mushroom Baskets in Air Fryer.

To prepare them, just boil the potatoes, cook the spinach and let them flavor with a bit of garlic. A simple yet truly exquisite recipe. I cooked everything with my Ninja Combi multicooker https://www.amazon.it/dp/B0CZPKSGFV?tag=gz-blog-21&linkCode=osi&th=1&psc=1&ascsubtag=0-f-n-av_amichefriggyenonsolo but you can cook both the potatoes and the spinach using traditional methods.
