Pork tenderloin in the air fryer is a simple and appetizing meat dish, perfect for any occasion. It pairs very well with roasted potatoes or fresh baby greens.
This cut is a great alternative to beef tenderloin, as it is very tender and much more affordable. You can prepare the pork tenderloin whole and slice it after cooking or cook it already sliced. I prepared the pork tenderloin in the air fryer this way and in just a few minutes: before cooking it, I massaged it, freshly taken out of the refrigerator, with olive oil and cooked it in a pan adding herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and a bit of white wine. Once ready, I sliced it and seasoned it with a drizzle of raw oil. Cooking in an air fryer is very convenient, I often use it as an alternative to the pan or oven, like for Beef Skirt Steak in Air Fryer. Let’s see how it’s prepared.

Take the tenderloin out of the fridge and massage it with your hands greased with olive oil. Lay it in the dish where you prepared the herbs and add the water, wine, salt, and pepper.
Start cooking at 392°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, turn it over and continue for another 6 and a half to 7 minutes
This is the tenderloin at the end of cooking
Transfer the tenderloin to a board and cut it into slightly thick slices. As you can see from the photo, it should remain slightly pink in the center; if you prefer it a bit more cooked, you can slice it and put it back in the air fryer for another minute at 356°F (180°C)
Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, and add a drizzle of raw oil. Simple but really tasty
