  • Chop the onion and place it in a pot with a nice drizzle of previously heated extra virgin olive oil. Meanwhile, wash and peel the potatoes into small pieces.

  • Add water to cover all the potatoes.

After the cooking time of the potatoes, add about a glass of water, bring to a boil, and add the pasta and parmesan crusts cut into small cubes.
