Soft cookies with a creamy center, enhanced by a crunchy pistachio crumble.
A very simple and quick recipe made with only 3 ingredients, where the star is the world’s most famous hazelnut cream… Nutella. I’ve added pistachio crumbles as decoration and to give the cookies a bit of color contrast, but you can replace them with whole hazelnuts, or just leave them with the hazelnut cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you prefer.
Mix everything in a bowl, shape into balls, make a hole in the center, and straight into the fryer or oven. A treat for the end of a meal, to prepare in just a few minutes for unexpected guests, or for a delicious snack for your kids, or for a buffet or birthday party.
