The king oyster mushroom is a variety of gourmet mushroom, a true delicacy. Its texture remains unchanged even after cooking, and it can also be eaten raw. It’s a mushroom that, with its delicate aroma, does not overpower but enhances other ingredients in the dish, most often highlighting the associated ingredient, in this case, potatoes, a truly delicious pairing.
