The result of Chestnuts cooked in the air fryer is amazing! A great alternative to baking and pan cooking, and they peel so easily, without any difficulty!

To prepare Chestnuts in Air Fryer, you must first put the chestnuts in a bowl with water. Leave them for at least 30 minutes up to 1 hour. This step is essential to achieve soft chestnuts that can be peeled easily. Once the soaking time has passed, dry them with a cotton cloth and make an incision on the surface, on the rounded part of the chestnuts.

Place the chestnuts directly on the air fryer grill and start cooking at 392°F for 18 minutes. Cooking times may vary depending on the quantity you are cooking and the size of the chestnuts. It may take a few minutes less if the chestnuts are small.

Once ready, remove the chestnuts from the basket and the grill and enjoy your Chestnuts, cooked in the air fryer, hot, they are spectacular!!
