First, prepare an emulsion with the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer the thighs to a container or baking dish, pour it over the chicken, and massage it to evenly distribute the emulsion. Cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After the resting time, cook using the Air Fry mode for 30 minutes at 428°F, directly in the pan.
Turn the chicken halfway through cooking to improve browning.
