- 7 oz feta
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz pitted olives (black)
- to taste dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- A few leaves basil (fresh)

Steps
Start by putting the pot on the stove with water and salt. Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, and drizzle the tray with extra virgin olive oil, where you will cook the feta with tomatoes and olives
Add the feta, whole cherry tomatoes, pitted olives, salt, pepper, oregano, some broken basil leaves, and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Place the tray in the air fryer and cook at 356°F (180°C) for 14 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta following the package instructions
Take out the tray from the air fryer, as you can see the feta remains compact yet soft
Use a spatula or a wooden spoon to break it down
Mix and stir well
Drain the casarecce and add them to the sauce, keep some water in case you need to add it to the cream
