Store them in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature. To regain their softness, warm them for a few seconds in the microwave or for a few minutes in an oven at 300°F.
Can they be frozen?
Yes, the brioche can be frozen once cooked and completely cooled. Just thaw them at room temperature and warm them briefly before serving.
Can I use a different type of flour for these brioche?
Yes, if you don’t have Manitoba flour, you can replace it with all-purpose flour, keeping in mind that the dough might be slightly less elastic. However, I recommend keeping a part of strong flour to ensure good leavening and a soft texture.
