Evenly spread the pesto and cheese cream over the surface.
Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and press gently to adhere.
With a sharp knife, cut out the shape of a Christmas tree, a triangle narrower at the base of the rectangular pastry.
From the trimmings, make small decorative stars and the trunk of your tree.
Cut the side “branches,” leaving them attached to the central trunk, and twist them gently to create a spiral effect.Brush the entire surface of the tree with beaten egg. Decorate with the stars, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
