Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 0.88 oz spreadable cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 4.41 oz blueberries
- to taste almonds (sliced)
Steps
To make your Quick Blueberry Cheesecake Puff Pastries, you’ll need just a few simple steps.
First, in a bowl place the cream cheese, add a tablespoon of powdered sugar, and quickly mash with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Take the puff pastry sheet and divide it into nine parts. Score one centimeter from the perimeter creating a sort of frame that doesn’t connect on two opposite sides.
Take one side and fold it inward to the opposite side, do the same with the other side. You will form a sort of boat shape.
At this point, prick the center with the tines of a fork, add a teaspoon of cream and distribute the blueberries on top. Do this for all 9 rectangles.
Dust with the remaining powdered sugar and if you wish, add some sliced almonds.
Bake at 356°F in a fan-assisted mode for about 20 minutes.
Your Quick Blueberry Cheesecake Puff Pastries are ready, fragrant and delicious to serve, warm or even cold!
