Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • powdered sugar

Steps

Preheat the oven to 392°F

  • Unroll the puff pastry and place the dark chocolate bars along the long sides, cut from the chocolate tablet.

  • Roll up by bringing both sides towards the center.

  • Break the whole egg into a small bowl, add the milk, and mix.

  • Brush the bottom of the pastries and bake for about 20 minutes; they should turn golden.

  • Out of the oven, let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar. They are excellent warm, but also good cold and can be reheated in the microwave for a few seconds.
