YOGURT AND COCOA BUNDT CAKE WITHOUT BUTTER, light, easy, and super soft.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 pinches salt

  • Bundt cake pan 10 inches

Steps

  • Turn on the oven to 356°F. Meanwhile, pour all ingredients into the Bimby bowl. If using electric beaters, pour all ingredients into a bowl.

  • Start the Bimby for 30 seconds at speed 5. With electric beaters, work the mixture for about 1 minute.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 10 inch pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 356°F. Do the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
