Ingredients
- 10.5 oz asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
First, cut off the stem of our asparagus with a knife. Wash well under running water and divide each stalk into 4/5 parts, depending on their size.
In a pot, pour the asparagus and cover well with water. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Transfer to a jug (or do it directly in the pot): add salt, oil, and Parmesan.
Blend everything with the immersion blender until you get a perfectly smooth and velvety cream.
The SIMPLE ASPARAGUS CREAM YOU CAN ALWAYS USE is ready.
Storage
It keeps in the fridge for three days, or you can freeze it.
Extra tip: add a spoon of your favorite spreadable cheese (regular or vegan, it doesn’t matter); it will be even tastier.
