- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley

Steps
To prepare the flavorful chicken strips, start by cutting the chicken breast into strips, making sure not to cut them too thin, or the chicken might become too dry.
Finely chop a bunch of parsley,
also chop one clove of garlic.
Transfer the chicken strips into a bowl and add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil,
add the breadcrumbs,
the grated Parmesan,
the chopped parsley,
the chopped garlic,
the speck strips,
and finally the fresh oregano leaves (or dried oregano).
Adjust with salt and
pepper and
