Cooking time: 20 minutes, how much quicker can a tasty dinner get?

  • Start by preheating the oven to 356°F (180°C) in static mode.

    Now take a bowl and pour in some breadcrumbs, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and some curry powder.

  • At this point, add all the herbs or spices you prefer. As listed in the ingredients, I used: chives, oregano, thyme, marjoram, parsley, and curry for flavor and color.

    Mix everything with a spoon. Coat the meat directly in the bowl, applying slight pressure to make the crust adhere to the pork loin slices.

  • Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and place the breaded slices on top. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over everything.

    Bake for about 20 minutes, but set the timer for 10 minutes, so you can turn them halfway through cooking to brown both sides well.

Serve hot; otherwise, they become too tough. This is the most challenging part of pork loin; it must be consumed hot.
