  • to taste Onions (chopped)
  • to taste Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup White wine
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 oz Pasta (in my case linguine)

Tools for this Recipe

  • 1 Stovetop
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Pot
  • 1 Colander
  • 1 Lid
  • 1 Plate

Preparation of the Recipe for Pasta with Meatballs

  • First, we sauté the chopped onion in extra virgin olive oil. Then we add the glass of tomato sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let it cook for about ten minutes. Now let’s move on to creating our beautiful love meatballs!

We take a bowl and mix the ground beef with the breadcrumbs, egg yolk, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. We form many small meatballs; they should not be too large as they are a companion in the sauce, not a main course.

Now we cook them in the tomato sauce that we were preparing. Once all the meatballs are placed, we deglaze with the cup of white wine and continue cooking for about ten minutes; it doesn’t take long as the sauce has been on the stove for a while and the meatballs are small.

During these ten minutes, of course, we boil the long-cut pasta we chose, I often use spaghetti, thick spaghetti, or linguine. We drain the pasta well and pass it in the pan with the sauce and our beautiful and delicious meatballs! Of course, invite your special someone for lunch or dinner, don’t you want to recreate this love scene too??
    Good appetite!!!
