Guitar Spaghetti with Shrimp and Zucchini

The Guitar Spaghetti with shrimp and zucchini is the second recipe born from the collaboration with the Da Sergio pasta factory and it could only be one of the most appreciated main courses of my kitchen.
I recommend buying their Guitar Spaghetti because it holds cooking very well and especially loves the seasoning so much that it becomes one with it. First of all, however, it is necessary to mention Ombretta in this post because it is with her, in the middle of August on an ordinary day, that we decided to take a break. Finally, a starry lunch with lots of laughter and with an excellent white wine to accompany us away from our work.

Other recipes born from the collaboration with the Da Sergio pasta factory:
Smoked salmon tagliatelle
mezze maniche with basil pesto, pine nuts, and mozzarella
tomato ravioli with sage and almond pesto

These and many other ideas for easy, quick, and above all delicious main courses can be found in the Collection of Pasta Main Course Recipes ready in 30 minutes on my cooking blog! What are you waiting for to read them all?!?
I’ll be waiting for you on the social profiles of the blog Le Ricette di Bea but especially on the Facebook fan page with lots of recipes and food content, you can subscribe by clicking here

Ingredients for Guitar Spaghetti with shrimp and zucchini for two servings:

  • 7 oz Egg Guitar Spaghetti (from Pastificio da Sergio)
  • 10 Shrimp
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 to taste Onion (chopped)
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 1 to taste Black pepper
  • 1 to taste Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 to taste Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 to taste White wine

Tools

  • Frying pan
  • Pot
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife

Preparation of Guitar Spaghetti with shrimp and zucchini:

  • To start this recipe, we begin with the base: a non-stick pan on the stove with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil where we will sauté the chopped onion.

Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into medium-small pieces and add them to the onion. Let them cook on medium-low heat, tossing them occasionally. Then add the shrimp and deglaze with white wine, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

At this point, bring plenty of water to boil in a pot for the Guitar Spaghetti. Once the zucchini are finally cooked, take a blender and chop them finely, as you can see from the photo. Now we can cook the Guitar Spaghetti.

Once cooked, sauté them in the pan with the shrimp and zucchini. Then plate the Guitar Spaghetti with shrimp and zucchini and finally sprinkle them with chopped parsley.

As I already mentioned, it’s one of the easiest recipes in the world but with its simplicity, it amazes every time you prepare it.

Notes:

The Guitar Spaghetti used in this recipe are made with durum wheat semolina, eggs from organic farming, and a pinch of salt. Overall, they are a combination of top-quality ingredients. So, if you happen to visit Da Sergio, buy their Guitar Spaghetti; you won’t regret it. You can find the store in Marina Palmense at Via Murri, 7 (a district of Fermo) Tel. 073453788

However, if you are not from Porto San Giorgio or Fermo like me, you can purchase guitar spaghetti, preferably fresh instead of packaged as the quality is higher. Similarly, you can use packaged guitar spaghetti and follow the same steps of my recipe.
