EASY AND QUICK APRICOT FRUIT JUICE
The fruit juice is a healthy drink, very easy to make at home.
Every year between my father and my father-in-law, I receive a lot of fruit: pears, apricots, peaches, etc.
In short, from May to September, my house becomes a small craft workshop.
One very important thing to keep in mind when making these preparations at home, if you don’t drink or consume it right away, you need to proceed with pasteurization by bringing the jars to a boil for at least 30 minutes.
That said, the steps are quick, and you can enjoy homemade juices whenever you want.

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs apricot
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1.06 qt water
- 1 lemon

Steps
First, wash the apricots well and then remove the pit inside.
2.2 lbs of apricots refer to the cleaned weight.
In a pot, pour the water with the sugar and place on the stove over low heat, stirring occasionally.
As soon as it starts to boil, pour in the apricots and the juice of one lemon, let it cook for about ten minutes.
At this point, turn off and blend well
Once cooled, in the fridge for up to three days.
As I explained before, if you want to preserve them, the jars need to be boiled empty, filled, closed, and pasteurized again by boiling for at least 30 minutes.
