VALENTINE’S TIRAMISU THE PERFECT DESSERT
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with the perfect dessert, a creamy tiramisu with mascarpone cream and ladyfingers dipped in coffee.
Want to stay home for a romantic dinner on Valentine’s night? This dessert is just for you, super creamy with MASCARPONE CREAM WITH PASTEURIZED EGGS, PERFECT RECIPE you can’t go wrong.
In my house when it comes to dessert one name echoes through all the rooms TIRAMISU’: it’s my husband’s favorite dessert and any excuse is good to receive it, I don’t know how he does it but he never gets tired of it and he passed this little vice to my children who love it as much as their father, so there’s no escape 😉
Let’s see how I made it, I used a heart-shaped mold but don’t worry if you don’t have one, any dish will do 🙂

Ingredients
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 2 egg yolks
- 2.8 oz sugar
- 0.7 oz water
- 0.85 cup whipping cream
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 3.4 tbsp decaffeinated coffee
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Tools
For the best outcome of the recipe, I recommend these tools (ADV)
- Mold heart-shaped
- Electric Whisk
- Moka
Steps
First, we prepare the PASTEURIZED cream, which will need to rest a bit in the refrigerator, follow this link to see the various steps –> MASCARPONE CREAM
At this point, using electric whisks, whip the cream until stiff and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare the moka coffee, I opted for decaffeinated but you can use whatever you prefer.
At this point, the two creams need to be combined: with a spatula and in three batches, gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream with circular movements from bottom to top, trying not to deflate the cream.
Once the coffee is ready, pour it into a large bowl with some milk and the powdered sugar and stir.
Pour a thin layer of cream into the heart-shaped mold.
Once done, soak the ladyfingers in the coffee and create the first layer of dessert
Pour the last layer of cream and a final layer of ladyfingers.
Let it rest in the freezer for about 3 hours.
Take it out of the freezer and carefully remove the mold, then generously dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.
The VALENTINE’S TIRAMISU THE PERFECT DESSERT is ready to be enjoyed.
Storage
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
