WEIGHTLESS BUNDT CAKE WITH LOTS OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS
The easy and quick Bundt cake recipe that will appeal to both adults and children.
The recipe I share with you is a tried-and-tested one that I’ve been making since I was a child, when I used to have fun with my mother holding the mixer and dipping my finger into the cream.
This cake doesn’t need a scale but a spoon, it’s really simple to make, doesn’t require complicated steps, and can be made in very little time.

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 12 tablespoons sugar
- 12 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 12 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 tablespoons milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- to taste Chocolate chips

Preparation
Beat the sugar with the eggs well to incorporate air, making the cake fluffier.
At this point, gradually add all the ingredients, pouring them a little at a time, until the mixture is thick enough to incorporate the chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (convection mode).
Meanwhile, grease a Bundt pan well and pour in the mixture.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Always do the toothpick test: if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
