How to prepare Swordfish in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the Swordfish in air fryer. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, also chop the parsley.
Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket and lay down the swordfish. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, a pinch of salt, the garlic clove, a sprinkle of chopped parsley, and a few sprays of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at 356F for 15 minutes, then open the basket and check the cooking of the fillet, as the cooking time may vary depending on the size of the fillet and the type of air fryer.
