How to prepare air fryer roasted tomatoes
Let’s start preparing the roasted tomatoes cooked in the air fryer. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and remove the part where the stem was attached.
Wash the parsley and chop it finely along with the garlic clove.
Place a parchment paper tray in the air fryer basket and lay the tomatoes with the cut side up, add the minced garlic and parsley, a few spritzes of extra virgin olive oil, and some salt.
Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Once ready, remove them from the basket and serve hot or at room temperature.
