How to make Mortadella in a pan

  • Let’s start preparing the mortadella in a pan. If you are using small mortadella, cut slices about 1/4 inch thick. If you had a slice cut from the large mortadella at the supermarket deli counter, you will cut it into wedges after cooking.

  • Heat the pan, and when it’s hot, place the slices of mortadella in it and cook them for 2/3 minutes per side.

  • When the mortadella is ready, serve it with some salad or grilled vegetables, and if you like, drizzle with some balsamic glaze.
