How to prepare baked meat-stuffed zucchini
Let’s start preparing the baked meat-stuffed zucchini by trimming the zucchini, cutting it in half lengthwise, and scooping out the center to create a cavity to fill with meat.
Now prepare the ground meat for the filling, place it in a bowl, add an egg, chopped parsley, mashed boiled potato, salt, and breadcrumbs, mixing everything well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Fill the zucchini with the meat mixture, drizzle some oil over the meat, arrange them in a baking dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Once cooked, take the zucchini out of the oven and serve them hot.
