How to prepare Stuffed Zucchini in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the Stuffed Zucchini in Air Fryer. Trim the zucchini and cut it in half lengthwise, then scoop out the center to create the cavity to fill with the meat. The zucchini pulp you get can be used for a risotto, to make meatballs, or a sauce for pasta.
Now prepare the ground meat for the filling, put it in a bowl, add an egg, chopped parsley, mashed boiled potato, salt, and breadcrumbs, mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Fill the zucchini with the ground meat, place a tray in the air fryer basket and arrange the stuffed zucchini, spray a few puffs of oil on the meat and cook at 356°F for 15 minutes.
