How to prepare Appetizer with Grilled Eggplants
Let’s start preparing the appetizer with grilled eggplants. Wash the eggplant, remove the stem part, and slice it about a quarter of an inch thick. Heat the grill and grill them on both sides. Once you have grilled them all, season with some salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Take a grilled eggplant, spread some spreadable cheese, and add a slice of prosciutto. Fold it and secure it with a toothpick, skewering a pitted olive and a basil leaf.
When you have completed all the ingredients, arrange the appetizer on a plate and add some balsamic glaze. If you don’t consume them immediately, store them in the refrigerator, covering the plate with plastic wrap to prevent drying.
How to store Appetizer with Grilled Eggplants
