Ingredients
- 2 sea basses
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste rosemary
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
How to prepare baked sea bass
Let’s start preparing the baked sea bass; wash and slice the lemon,
clean the sea basses, wash them and pat them dry with some kitchen paper to remove the water.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour some oil,
arrange the sea basses,
put inside slices of lemon, sprigs of rosemary, garlic, and
add some salt.
Add lemon slices and rosemary on top of the sea basses,
add some oil
and bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
When the sea basses are ready, take them out of the oven, remove the internal herbs, and serve them filleted.

You can store baked sea bass in the refrigerator for 2 days.
