How to prepare Pistachio Swirls
Let’s start preparing the Pistachio Swirls, unroll the puff pastry and keep the shorter side in front of you, pour the pistachio cream and spread it over the entire puff pastry sheet.
Using the parchment paper, roll the puff pastry without wrapping it too tightly so that during baking the puff pastry will have room to expand and cook perfectly.
Cut the roll into 6 parts,
brush with milk,
and add the sugar sprinkles,
bake in a preheated static oven at 375°F for 20 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the type of oven.
