Ingredients
- 1 apple (large)
- 1 roll puff pastry
- to taste sugar
- to taste ground cinnamon
How to prepare sliced apples with puff pastry
Let’s start preparing sliced apples with puff pastry, peel the apple,
remove the core,
and slice it about half an inch thick.
Cut the puff pastry into strips about half an inch wide,
take a strip and threading it through the hole wrap it around the apple slice, continue in this way until you cover the whole slice.
As you cover the apple slices with puff pastry, place them on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar,
and cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
When they are ready, take them out and let them cool before serving.
How to store sliced apples with puff pastry
Store them at room temperature for 1 day, after which the puff pastry will no longer be crispy
