- 5 walnuts

How to prepare Chicken strips with radicchio and walnuts
Let’s start preparing the Chicken strips with radicchio and walnuts. Crack the walnut shells and set aside the kernels which you will break coarsely.
Wash the radicchio and cut it into small pieces,
also cut the chicken breast slices into strips.
Coat the chicken breast with flour or cornstarch.
Pour some oil in a pan
and add the radicchio, which you will cook for about 10 minutes until it becomes soft,
then season with salt and set it aside.
In the same pan where you cooked the radicchio, pour some oil
and the chicken strips, which you will brown well,
then season with salt
and pepper
and add some vegetable broth to obtain a creamy texture,
then add the radicchio
and the walnut kernels,
cook the chicken breast, adding broth as needed to make everything creamy.
