How to Prepare Sea Bream in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing sea bream in the air fryer. After filleting the sea bream, rinse them under running water. Pour some flour onto one plate, beat the eggs with a fork on another plate, and put the breadcrumbs on a third plate.
Dip the fillets first in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Place the fillets in your air fryer basket and spray them with oil.
Cook at 375°F for 8 minutes, then open the air fryer basket, turn the breaded sea bream fillets, spray them with oil, and cook for another 6 minutes.
Open the air fryer basket and check the fillets’ doneness. They should be golden and crispy. Remove them from the air fryer basket, add some salt, and if you like, some lemon. Serve the fillets hot.
