How to prepare Filled Minced Meat Swirls
Start preparing the filled minced meat swirls with ham, pour the minced meat into a bowl and add some chopped parsley,
a pinch of salt,
some extra virgin olive oil and mix everything well.
Pour the minced meat on a sheet of parchment paper and spread it out, forming a rectangle, it should have a thickness of about 0.4 inches.
Spread the cooked ham all over the minced meat,
place the longer side in front of you and roll it up tightly with the help of the parchment paper, close it and let it rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Cut the pizza mozzarella into cubes.
After resting in the refrigerator, take out the minced meat roll and cut it into swirls about 0.8 inches thick
and then place them in the baking tray.
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
and place the cheese cubes on each swirl.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 30 minutes
Serve the filled minced meat swirls piping hot.
