Piadina appetizer with salami is very easy to make and requires no cooking. These piadina and salami bites are perfect served at a buffet or as a tasty aperitif. I prepared this rolled stuffed piadina using Milano salami, but you can also use Hungarian salami, sopressa veneta, or a local imported salami, sliced thinly so you can make perfect salami roses. These piadina rolls for aperitif are made in just a few minutes and require only 2 ingredients: piadina and salami. You can also add a drizzle of balsamic glaze which pairs wonderfully with the salami. Now let’s see how to make the piadina appetizer with salami, and if you try it, let me know. Barbara
