PUFF PASTRY CROISSANTS WITH AVOCADO AND SALMON

Puff pastry croissants with avocado and salmon are an appetizer easy to make and perfect for any occasion, even the most special and refined ones. Savory puff pastry croissants are also perfect for Christmas parties or to be served at a buffet or to accompany an aperitif. To prepare the puff pastry croissants, I used a round puff pastry and made 12 small croissants. I recommend making them small so they become crispy and the baking is perfect. If you wish, besides baking in the oven, you can cook the puff pastry croissants in an air fryer at 375°F for 12 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the type of air fryer you use. This is the AIR FRYER that I use. I recommend checking out 50 AIR FRYER RECIPES and all the air fryer recipes, you will surely find other delicious dishes to try.
