CHRISTMAS TREE DEVILED EGGS

Christmas Tree Deviled Eggs are an appetizer that’s easy to make and beautiful to look at on the holiday table. You can also serve them at a buffet or alongside a delicious aperitif, perhaps organized for exchanging holiday greetings. To decorate the deviled eggs, you can use pomegranate as I did or small pieces of cherry tomatoes. To give the eggs their green color, I used a gel food coloring which, unlike the powdered type, colors very well with just a little amount and does not alter the mixture’s consistency.
