How to prepare Potatoes and Onions in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the potatoes and onions in the air fryer, peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into pieces.
Clean the borettane onions from any unpleasant external skin and any roots that may be at the bottom of the onion, then wash them under running water.
Place a parchment tray on the air fryer basket and pour the potato pieces and borettane onions, spray a few puffs of oil with the sprayer and add some salt.
Cook at 356F for 15 minutes, then open the basket, mix the potatoes with the onions and continue cooking for another 15 minutes still at 356F. Before removing them from the air fryer, check the cooking; insert the tines of a fork and if they easily enter the potatoes, they are cooked.
