FRIED POTATO GNOCCHI

Fried potato gnocchi, a tasty and easy-to-make appetizer perfect to serve alongside a drink. The fried gnocchetti are perfect as an alternative to the usual French fries, even to nibble on while watching a movie. Besides gnocchi, you can make them with ‘chicche’, which are smaller gnocchetti without the classic gnocchi ridges, or you can even make them at home following my recipe. If you don’t eat fried food, you can try the AIR FRYER POTATO GNOCCHI or they are also great baked in the oven. Now let’s see how to make fried potato gnocchi, and if you try them, let me know. How to prepare Fried potato gnocchi

  • Let’s start preparing the fried potato gnocchi. First, pour plenty of oil into a pot or deep fryer, and when it is hot, add half the gnocchi, and let them brown.

  • When they’re ready, collect them with a slotted spoon and let them drain on some paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

  • Then salt them and add finely chopped spices or seasonings. I added some smoked paprika. Serve them hot or warm, as you prefer.
