Marinated grilled zucchini is a very simple and tasty side dish, with a marinade made with lemon and mint, they are delicious, flavorful, and perfect for accompanying both meat and fish dishes. The marinade sauce is reminiscent of gremolada sauce, a Milanese sauce used with ossobuco. I also recommend trying the raw marinated zucchini which are also very tasty and quick to make. I suggest preparing the cooked marinated zucchini a few hours in advance so they will be even more flavorful as they will absorb all the flavors of the marinade ingredients. If you have grilled zucchini and do not know how to season them, then I recommend this marinade. Now let’s see how to make marinated grilled zucchini, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara
