Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar

  • Start preparing the soft cake in the air fryer by melting the butter in the microwave, in a water bath, or in a saucepan over low heat so it doesn’t cook. Pour the eggs into a bowl

  • and the melted butter or alternatively the same amount of sunflower seed oil.

  • Add the flour and baking powder

  • Butter and flour the cake pan and pour the mixture,

  • and place the pan in the air fryer basket, cook at 300°F for 50 minutes, then do the toothpick test to check for doneness; if necessary, extend the cooking for a few more minutes.

  • Once cooked, remove the cake pan from the basket and let it cool completely before removing it from the mold and slicing it. Add some powdered sugar
