- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 lemon (untreated)

How to prepare the lemon cake in air fryer
Let’s start preparing the Lemon cake in air fryer, melt the butter in the microwave or in a small pan on low heat, pour the eggs and sugar into a bowl,
work with the electric beaters until you get a fluffy mixture.
With the electric beaters running, slowly add the milk
and the melted butter.
Grate the peel of an untreated lemon,
the baking powder
and the flour,
incorporate everything with the electric beaters until you obtain a creamy mixture without lumps.
Butter and flour the mold and pour the lemon cake mixture,
