Let’s start preparing the bell peppers and potatoes in air fryer, clean the bell peppers, remove the top with the stem, internal seeds, and white filaments, wash them well under running water, and then cut them into pieces or strips.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into pieces, place the potatoes and bell peppers into a pan that fits in the basket of your air fryer, add a few sprays of extra virgin olive oil and some salt, mix well, and cook at 375°F for 20 minutes, open the basket halfway through cooking and stir the vegetables.
