11.3 oz pasta
1 clove garlic
as needed extra virgin olive oil
7 oz tomato sauce
as needed salt
1.1 lbs ground beef
1 egg
as needed chopped parsley
1 boiled potato
1 tbsp breadcrumbs

How to prepare Pasta with meatballs

Let’s start preparing pasta with meatballs, pour some oil into a pot and add a garlic clove,
add the tomato sauce,
a pinch of salt, and put it on the stove, cooking over low heat for the time needed to prepare the meatballs.
Pour the ground beef into a bowl, work it with a fork and add the egg,
a pinch of salt,
the mashed boiled potato,
some chopped parsley,
and breadcrumbs, mix well to obtain a homogeneous and well-blended mixture.
Take some ground meat and form the meatballs, roll them between your hands to give them a nice round shape.
Once you have prepared them all, remove the garlic clove from the tomato sauce and add the meatballs,
let them cook for 20 minutes, possibly adding a few tablespoons of water.
In the meantime, pour some water into a pot and salt it, put it on the stove, and when it starts to boil, add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package, ensuring it’s al dente. When it’s ready, drain it and add it to the sauce with the meatballs.
Toss well, possibly adding a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water and grated cheese if you like.
Serve the pasta with meatballs hot.
