Chicken Marsala Scallops a main course with chicken breast that remains very tender and full of flavor. Marsala scallops are a perfect dish to prepare if you are in a hurry and have few ingredients in your pantry or fridge. Don’t worry about the presence of alcohol even if you make it for the children as it will evaporate during cooking and the Marsala will give the chicken a sweet taste. You can then accompany the slices of chicken breast with any type of side dish from a simple salad to ROASTED POTATOES or with buttered spinach.
