Hard-boiled eggs how to make them perfect in a few steps, I know it seems easy to prepare them but it’s not as simple as it seems. One of the questions that my followers often ask me is how long should hard-boiled eggs cook, or what is the cooking time for hard-boiled eggs, should the eggs be cooked in cold water or put in boiling water? Another question is how do I peel the eggs easily, so I thought about writing all the information in this recipe. Very often I see photos of hard-boiled eggs where the yolk is green at the edge, do you know why the yolk of the hard-boiled egg turns green? Simply because it has been cooked too long. I love eggs made in every way so much that I have many recipes on my blog and I recommend you also look at SAVE DINNER RECIPES WITH EGGS. Now let’s see how to cook hard-boiled eggs and the cooking time, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara

How to cook hard-boiled eggs
Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover them with water, add a pinch of salt and put on the stove. As soon as it starts to boil, lower the heat. Do not keep the heat high otherwise the boiling water will cause the eggs to hit and crack. From the moment the water boils, cook the eggs for 8 minutes.
If you want to cook the eggs in hot water, put the saucepan with the water on the stove. As soon as the water starts to boil, lower the heat, add a pinch of salt and gently place the eggs in. In this case, cook them for 10 minutes.
Now that the hard-boiled eggs are cooked, immediately pass them under cold running water and let them cool for a few minutes, or put them in water and add some ice cubes.
When they are cold, roll them on the table or tap the tip to crack the shell and peel them. Then use them as you like, even simply seasoned with oil, pepper, and salt.
How to store hard-boiled eggs
I recommend consuming hard-boiled eggs the same day or storing them in the refrigerator for one day
