  • 1.75 oz Taggiasca olives
  • 0.875 oz raisins
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic

  • Let’s start preparing the frozen cod in a pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a pan with a whole clove of garlic. Add the tomatoes and salt, let them soften and add the cod.

    Turn off the stove and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
