- 5 oz strawberries
- 3.5 oz cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to prepare sweet puff pastry hearts
Start preparing the sweet puff pastry hearts by cleaning the strawberries and slicing them lengthwise.
Pour the Philadelphia cheese into a bowl and work it with a teaspoon,
add the powdered sugar,
the vanilla extract and
mix everything until you get a smooth cream,
then transfer it into a piping bag.
Unroll the puff pastry and use a cookie cutter to cut out hearts,
place them on the baking sheet and with a smaller heart-shaped cookie cutter, mark the hearts without cutting through, creating a border.
Use the piping bag to place the sweet cream cheese in the center of each heart.
