How to prepare Belgian endive in air fryer
Let’s start preparing the Belgian salad in the air fryer. Cut the Belgian endive in half lengthwise, then cut each half again to have 4 parts. Wash them under running water.
Place the parchment tray in the air fryer and arrange the Belgian endive. Spray some puffs of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika. If you want, use a brush to evenly distribute the paprika.
