PANDORO BALLS WITH NUTELLA

Ingredients to prepare Pandoro balls with nutella

  • 1.8 oz mascarpone
  • 2.5 oz Nutella®
  • 5.3 oz pandoro
  • as needed unsweetened cocoa powder

How to prepare Pandoro balls with nutella

  • Let’s start preparing Pandoro balls with nutella, slice the pandoro,

  • Pour the mascarpone into a bowl and work it with a fork,

  • add the nutella and mix it into the mascarpone.

  • Crumble the pandoro

  • and mix well first with the fork

  • and then with your hands to obtain a nice, solid mixture.

  • Take part of the mixture and form the balls by rolling them between your hands,

  • they should be walnut-sized,

  • then roll them in unsweetened cocoa,

  • place them on a plate as you go, let them rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before consuming.

  • When ready, take them out of the fridge and serve immediately.
